Registration fees

We accept credit cards (via Paybox) and invoice (Participants from French institutes only) for the payment.

These registration fees do not include the cost of gala dinner (optional: 50 €, Limited to 500 participants)

  • a) Important! Post-docs and students need to upload a certificate from the employer (including the supervisor name and the group website address) at the time of abstract submission (link).
  • b) In the case of a false declaration (certificates),the registration will be automatically canceled.
  • c)  Without certificates, full registration fee(600 €) will be applied.
  • d) On-site payments will not be accepted.
  • e)  Registration fees include 20 % VAT.

The Conference registration fee includes:

    • Attendance at all scientific sessions
    • Conference materials (an abstract book and a bag)
    • Coffee breaks and Lunches (Monday to Thursday)
    • Welcome Party (Sunday)
    • Wine & Cheese party (Tuesday)
    • Excursion (Wenesday)
    • Pass of Toulouse Metro (04-11 July) + Airport shuttle (link)

Registration fee for accompanying person includes:

    • Sightseeing tour of Toulouse(Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning)
    • Welcome Party (Sunday)
    • Wine & Cheese party (Tuesday)
    • Excursion (Wenesday)
    • Pass of Toulouse Metro (04-11 July) + Airport shuttle (link)

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified by writing e-mail to theConference Secretariat ( Cancellations made by phone callwill not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after theConference.

Visa Information

 All the visitors must have a valid passport to enter France. In addition, participants from certain countries require to obtain a visa prior to entrance. To check your requirements, please contact French Embassy or Consulate nearest to your residential area, or visit the website of French government (

  • (1) Before your request or inquiry, you should complete your registration (include option “Documents for VISA”) and payment to the conference, and book your air ticket and accommodation.
  • (2) Please fill in your name and send email to the following address ( to request invitation letters.
  • (3) For non-conference participants, we do not issue documents for your visa application. Our support does not guarantee to permit your travel by our issued documents.

Important! April 15th, 2020 – Deadline for the request of invitation letters.

Please prepare your documents necessary for the request of your VISA in advance. We will not issue any documents after this date.

Registration and payment

1- This is the registration site to make a registration and a payment at a time. We accept only two ways of payment either by bank transfer or by credit cards. As credit cards, we accept only three types of cards (Master card, VISA and CB).

2- If you have any restrictions of food (vegetarian, allergy, food intolerances…), please mention it at the second page of registration site.

3- Very important!!: We strongly recommend to complete whole process (the registration and the payment) without leaving the registration page. Indeed, if you quit the page “Registration/Payment by credit card” (see the image below) without clicking button “Remove (/DR14/inscription/annulation)”, your account will be blocked and you cannot restart.
So, make sure to click this button “Remove”, when you quite the page.

 If you do actually want to restart the registration procedure, you must use a new email address.
